- 1Send your initial requestChoose a package, tell me the story, and upload up to 10 starting reference photos. No payment is collected.
- 2Receive your personal quoteWithin 2–3 business days, I’ll confirm the recommended scope, creative fee, printing, shipping, and estimated schedule.
- 3Reserve your projectIf everything feels right, a secure Stripe invoice collects a 50% deposit before creative work begins.
- 4Complete your private story kitI’ll email a private upload link for the remaining photos, names, relationships, memories, and meaningful details.
- 5Approve the creative directionI’ll send one or two sample pages, depending on the package, so you can approve the look and storytelling direction.
- 6Review the complete proofYou’ll check the full book for names, story details, and important changes. Your package’s included revisions are completed here.
- 7Finalize, print, and deliverAfter final approval and the remaining balance, I’ll prepare the finished PDF and arrange any printing and delivery included in your quote.
Your first 10 photos are only the beginning. Larger books may use additional photos, and one reference photo may guide a person or pet across several illustrated scenes. The project deposit becomes nonrefundable once creative work begins.
